We came to swim and I have nothing bad to say. Susan and Jim are so incredibly nice and made us feel welcome immediately. Truly a beautiful area, a fun swim, and delightful time! Will definitely swim here again and try out the kayaks!

An incredibly lovely experience from start to finish. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the grounds are absolutely beautiful, and there's plenty of parking. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by Susan's Pleasant Pheasant (admit it, you love saying the name, too 😊). Never been kayaking before? No problem. They make the whole experience easy, relaxed, and smooth paddling. We can't wait to come back!

Had a great time paddleboarding at Pleasant Pheasant Farm. We brought our dogs and everyone was very accommodating and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The property has a lot of space to enjoy, with benches, activities, and plenty of room to relax and take in the scenery.
