The namesake of the business and our founder. Susan is the reason this business stays running and bringing smiles to guests faces every day. Not to mention her exceptional culinary skills, cooking delicious breakfasts for the overnight guests.

Dana has been on the team for just over 3 years. Her grit and hard work have carried our team through some very tough projects. She is our lakeside manager and is there to give you a few pointers before you head out and get you launched. 

Elsbeth has worked with us 4 summers now. She does our online and web work while also working the front desk and helping customers during their check in process. 

Mason is another strong member of our crew. His can do spirit is an important part of our businesses attitude. 

We are bringing on several new employees for this summer season. We are excited to see what these bright kids will contribute to our team. 

Our operation could not run without the continued support from our community and the work that our lovely volunteers contribute during our larger events. 

Jim is the friendly face often found behind the desk or giving property tours in his brand new Polaris Ranger. He contributes extensive knowledge of the Catskills region and of the property he and Susan have owned for over 40 years now. 

David has worked with us for 4 summers now. He is an incredibly hard worker and integral member of our team. Congratulations on graduating from MCS!!

Ian is one of our newer employees. He is currently studying environmental science at school and his impressive knowledge of plants and wildlife has helped immensely in creating our beautiful trails and gardens on property. 

Sage has been a loyal member of our team. You can find her by the lake preparing boats clean and ready for your adventure. 

At Susan's Pleasant Pheasant Farm, no one is ever forgotten. Our previous employees, Joe, Diego, Larissa and Victoria will forever be part of the SPPF family. Thank you for all you continue to do for our business.
